Had issue with my Andersen WDH and after taking to them and trying to dial it in I gave up - called and talk to John in service the day before we leave on a long trip he says bring it over I did and the install team jump right on it 1.5 hours later I was heading home with a hitch that worked great they know what you need for your rv

We made our purchase back in February of this year. Went on the maiden voyage. Found a few issues with our camper. I contacted the service department and the advisor scheduled me to bring it in. When I arrived Tessa greeted me at desk and we begin to list the issues. After she wrote up everything and I agreed to it I signed it. She wanted to look at the camper and check the list and the issue. She placed blue tape on all of the issues. The tech was on hand and stated he would begin to start on the work. I received a call informing me the repairs were complete. I met her this past Saturday and we toured the camper to see all of the repairs. Everything was done to my satisfaction. A great job to the service department and the advisors for all of our warranty work. I see alot of horror stories on social media about service. Take my advice and I highly recommend this dealership for all of your purchases and service after the Sale, you won't go wrong.

We purchased a used Grey Wolf 22rr toyhauler last year, after a season of camping we figured out what we really wanted, a segregated garage and dedicated seating area. We bought a 2023 Coachmen Trailblazer 29 THS from Cedar City RV trading in our 22rr. We found the toyhauler on RVtrader located at their Endless Roads location, wife and I drove a 100 miles to tour the unit, Troy was a great salesman, no pressure. We made a deal with him and they transported the unit to Cedar location (only 30 miles from our home). Cassandra did our paperwork in no time flat, great experience. Nolan was our outside guy who did our final walkthru and answered questions.. This guy loves his job and it shows. Nolan and his assistant (sorry did not catch his name) even helped to move my hitch leveling system to new unit and made sure it was properly set up. We stopped at Compass RV, in the summer when we began our toy hauler search, it then was put on back burner due to life happening. Well we finally said it's time so went back. Trent remembered us and helped us find our new home away from home. We purchased a 2021 Rogues Vengeance toy hauler. When we went to pick it up at the Cedar City RV lot, the guy who was to do our walk through was running behind. So Mark helped us. He was great! Super friendly as all the employees were. He answered all our questions and even got his hands dirty swapping our hitch ball around. The tech who winterized camper was awesome. We asked questions and he answered. The process we went through with purchasing an RV with Cedar City was nothing less of perfect. We spent the last year searching and looking at RV's and trying to make our decision on which model we wanted. We came across Cedar City through the internet and made a couple visits. The unique thing we ultimately enjoyed about Cedar City was the fact there was no pressure with making our decision. We were there on three separate occasions and were basically told to look around at our leisure and to let them know only if we had questions. I have had a tremendous experience working with Cedar City and would highly recommend them. I am from quite a distance away, and only found them due to a used camper search. As things worked out, I ended up purchasing a 2022 Clipper 9.0TD (which I love). In order to make the camper work for me, I needed a few modifications. The crew at CCRV hustled to accommodate my specific needs and I couldn't be happier with my camper. Sales, service, financing, and general management are all top shelf to work with. I drove over 9 hours specifically to work with CCRV to install my recent camper modifications. Well worth the trip!

For my husband & I, owning a camper was just a far away dream for many years? Struggling to raise three kids? We would sacrifice any extra money, for the kids to go on trips & see things. Being older with some health issues? Years ago, we acquired 5 acres of land. We are not really able to travel often or very far? But? Last March? With kids long since gone & some financial breaks? We wanted a camper?It was time to splurge on us! We bought our first one? A wolf pup by Forest River. Its a wonderful, small camper! When we were younger, we tent camped, but we are not able to do that now.

We took the camper out a few times, but, we didnt care much for camp grounds, neighbors, rules, etc. So? We decided to set our camper up on our own land! It is like a mini vacation always there! We loved it!

However? This cool little camper got mighty crowded? So not long ago? We decided we wanted a bigger one? We got a Coachman? With more big beds, more t.vs, more toys! It had some minor issues? But now I get to why We love Cedar City so much! They are family owned & Trent helped us?Both times. The people here are so awesome!

Being new to campers? I was not sure when our 2nd had minor issues? I said to Trent, I dont know if I want this brand now or if I should let you fix it? Trent said? If you want another brand, Ill get you another brand or if you want to bring it down & let us fix it? Ill make it right! Wow! My mind was blown then! We are traveling across the country for a year and experience a water leak and a stabilizer malfunction while in the Lebanon TN area. The good folk a Cedar City RV fixed both In just a couple of hours and we were back on our way. A special shout-out to Neil and the others from the service department that helped us out. I purchased a used camper from this dealership. It was advertised on line and was a very long ride to get it, but the price was very good. Buying a used camper is always a risky thing. When I arrived I was met by one of the managers who walked me through the camper. I found several issues with the camper, but I knew up front that it was sold "As Is". When I pointed out the issues they had a service tech come out and fix each issue. One of the outside speakers lights was not working, they ordered a new one. The power cord was not great, gave me a new one. The camper was exactly as they told me prior to arrival. They had all the paperwork prepared and also helped me to locate a campground for the night since it was a long drive. I have to say that they were extremely professional and helpful with the camper. They even helped me setup my new weight distribution hitch. Ricky my salesman was awesome and communication was really good. I would definitely go back to these guys for my next camper.

After owning several brands and types of RVs over the last 40 years my experience with Cedar City RV has been probably the most pleasant. The entire staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. I drove 2 hours to the cedar city used rv lot. I had already decided I was going to buy an rv that I had seen on Craigslist. After my inspection of the unit and purchase , Mark put his team to work getting my rv ready to go home. They did a very thorough inspection of the unit. After replacing some parts associated with the propane use, installing a weight distribution hitch, installing a new battery, etc. the unit was ready to go.
